What is ZoeyBot?
ZoeyBot is an educational service designed for kids between the ages of 7 and 13. This website describes ZoeyBot, but to actually experience it you need to load the ZoeyBot Virtual Desktop by clicking on the green button on the main page, or the image on the right.
What's a virtual desktop and why is it useful?
A virtual desktop is like a real desktop, featuring icons and movable windows. We created a virtual desktop in order to provide a safer environment for kids to explore and learn. Best of all there's no software to download or install - the ZoeyBot virtual desktop runs safely inside of your web browser. Try it, you'll be amazed!
Is it safe?
Yes! ZoeyBot is very safe. In fact, ZoeyBot is considerably safer than most sites on the Internet. The reason for this is because the content used on ZoeyBot is hosted on our servers. Unlike, other sites claiming to be safe, we don't use external content and we don't have links that leave the site. When kids enter ZoeyBot they remain safe during their visit. Kids remain completely anonymous on ZoeyBot and they can't chat with others. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.
Why is ZoeyBot useful?
ZoeyBot is useful when kids have homework, studying or school projects to complete. We strive to make learning fun - but we're not a game site, our games, videos and music are developed for their educational value.
Where does the content come from?
We use content that was derived from Wikipedia and modified by the Children's Foundation for use in schools. In addition we create our own content.
How much does this cost?
ZoeyBot is free for as long as we can afford to keep it this way! In the future we may offer a premium service for a small annual fee. Non-premium features will always remain free so long as we're able to offer this service.
How is this service improving?
We're continuously improving ZoeyBot by adding new content (articles, images, videos, tutorials and more) while improving the performance of our custom software.

Who created ZoeyBot?
ZoeyBot is the brain child of Carlos Justiniano and was created with the support of his wife Karla and daughter Kaitlyn. Carlos has worked in the software industry for over 20 years and has contributed to over a dozen commercial products. He currently holds the position of Director of Software Development for a successful merchant services company. Carlos holds a 2005 Guinness World Record in distributed computing and his research work has been published by leading industry and academic journals.
